Right when I need it!
It never fails...God always gives me the right song exactly when I need it. I just finished recording "Great is Thy Faithfulness" yesterday and today I listened to Jim Friend Jr.'s arrangement of "Only Believe". No matter where I am or what I'm doing, this happens. Thank you Lord!

Name That Hymn!
Wow how time flies! I
got super busy with family stuff for the past two weeks and managed to do some
recording, but not releasing. Anyhow, I
decided to do something different this time.
Inside every demure accompanist is a raging piano player just looking
for an opportunity to come out and play.
So…let’s play Name That Hymn! I
put together snippets of some of my favorites.
I will not provide titles or tell you which hymnal they came from. Try and identify as many as you can and when
you get stumped, ask a friend or local church music director!
Also, I really want to get the accompaniment albums into
some churches that need them. I know
many churches use traditional hymns occasionally even if not for regular
worship services. Please share this music
and website with your church music minister and have them contact me about
custom playlists and/or subscriptions to the full set of The Hymn Project
albums as they are released.
I hope you are blessed and have fun with Name That Hymn!

Looking For A City
Looking For A City
This is such a favorite! IMHO, there is nothing that comes close to four-part harmony and quartet music. These folks make me want to host a gathering and sing until after midnight like we used to do.
